cold laser therapy: $35

This is a type of phototherapy that utilizes a low power coherent light.

It is designed to stimulate and accelerate the healing process. Which in turn will decrease inflammation, increase range of motion and decrease pain.

It works by applying laser to affected area, creating photon attachment and electron delivery to the mitochondria - the powerhouse of the cells-activating the Electron Transport Chain system to create ATP which is needed for the Chemistry of Life.

I found Cold Laser at a very pivotal moment in my life, and unfortunately it was also paired with a very serious injury. I sprained and possibly tore/frayed my pelvic ligaments. The events leading up to it was the perfect storm of extreme stress being held in my pelvic floor and an unexpected jolt from my dog on her leash. The injury created immense pain and prevented the simple act of sitting and inhibited standing and walking.

The laser has been shown to be a viable tool for my recovery process, and I am blessed to be able to share it with others now.

Treatment plan is dependent on the individual and the situation at hand. It can be expected to be needing anywhere from 6-12 visits to achieve lasting results. 

I still utilize the laser myself, especially if I have a setback/ flare up on my intense healing journey.

During my recovery from my pelvic ligament injury, I did notice a difference after the first treatment. It did not cure me that day - but it did give me relief (space to breathe again) and hope - anyone who heals from the depths of something will tell you how extremely important that is to have. Many of my clients have reported noticing difference after adding this treatment, and I can notice a difference even as I work the tissue after applying the laser.
